From the top is a magnificent view over the unique moraine landscape created during the last part of the latest ice age.

The tower is accessible for wheelchairs. Ejer Baunehøj has 'Denmarks highest elevator'.

Free use of telescope

On clear days you can see all the way to Samsø and the Lillebælt bridge.

The highest elevator in Denmark was installed in 2002 in one of the legs of the tower. The elevator is accessible for wheelchairs and disabled visitors.

There are picnic facilities, parking for busses, 3 toilets one of them for wheelchair users.

For the price of 5 DKK you can climb the tower by stairs and for 20 DDK you can use the elevator regardless the number of passengers or weight.

The elevator is closed during the months of December, January and February. On special occasions, it may be opened in the winter months by application to Skanderborg Tourist Information or the municipality of Skanderborg.
