Gludsted Plantation

Gludsted Plantation is a government property and is managed by the Palsgård Forest District. The plantation is about 3,500 ha.

Gludsted plantation consists of coniferous trees, but also of several large open areas, some of which are covered with heather. There is also a unique, rich bird life and with a bit of luck you can spot owls, long-eared owl, redstart, misture thrush, red scallynings, bullfinch, red crossbill, woodlark and red-backed shrike.
